resident of Ohio you must then get your Marriage License in the county where
you live and you can get married anywhere in the State of Ohio.

To obtain a Marriage License you must come to the
Warren County Probate/Juvenile Court Building, 570
Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio 45036. We are open for
applications from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through
Friday, except holidays. Sorry no weekend hours and
no appointments are accepted. If you have any
